A couple of weeks ago, my cousin brother called me to ask him help look for the nearest available date on the Registry of Marriages (ROM) website. It display on the screen that the nearest date is around May. But after he called and checked with ROM, then found out that actually they can write in a letter telling them that they have already set the date and they are not aware that they need to book the solemnization date with 3 months in advance. Then? they got the date! 29 February 2008! And I more thing I found out, to invite the solemnization witness (to the restaurant, instead of at the ROM), u only need to pay S$20 more. lol
