Flowery Bike

2 weeks ago, I found saw this unique bike park below my home carpark, so I took my sister's camera to take pictures of it, this bike of flowery decorations also took surpise by many people in Singapore that even readers of the "Straits Times" also posted pictures of the unique bike on the road! I can't remember which day the "straits time" post this within this week. Anyone saw this too? LOL
